Ready to go beyond lattes?

Take your next step with Uji Harmony and discover a little more to matcha.

Five Uji Cultivars. More Layers.

You love Uji matcha. But have you tried five Uji cultivars in one cup?

We wanted more from our Uji Harmony Matcha, so we reworked the blend with five carefully selected Uji cultivars: Yabukita, Okumidori, Gokō, Uji Midori and Sayama Kaori.

Each brings its own character to the blend, creating more layers, depth and nuance while keeping the balanced, approachable character of Uji Harmony.

Your next step in matcha

Go beyond the latte.

The new Uji Harmony gives you a little more to discover. It’s smooth and balanced enough to enjoy every day, with more depth to explore when you whisk it as usucha.

If you’re ready to explore matcha beyond lattes, try it as usucha. And when you’re in the mood for a latte, it still makes an easy, delicious everyday cup.

Hear from those who've tried Uji Harmony

"I usually enjoy my matcha in latte form, but was also curious to know how it would taste like on its own. I tried it as a matcha tea as well as an iced matcha oat latte, and it’s safe to say that I’m sold!"

“Really enjoyed this blend a lot! It was one of thesmoothest and more complex blends I have tried. This blend was quite unique to me. Vegetal, bold, umami, creamy, rich and non-astringent!”

“The matcha has a subtle popcorn-like sweetness, with mild toasted/smokey notes. It was not as grassy or umami as I expected it to be, but it had a very pleasant and balanced profile that kept me wanting more.”

"I appreciated that it had a toasty, nuttiness that leans towards savoury instead of sweet. While I do appreciate a vegetal umami and sweetness in my matcha lattes, this is a flavour profile that I've thoroughly enjoyed and will introduce to friends!"

    Uji Harmony Matcha

Absolutely love this matcha! My personal favourite way to enjoy it is simply over ice with water, without milk or anything else, so I can really taste the full flavour and aroma of the matcha. I only drink matcha this way when the quality is good enough to stand on its own. Smooth, flavourful and refreshing, with a lovely depth that makes it enjoyable even without any additions. Definitely one I’ll come back to! 💚

    will reorder!

    - mostly prepared it as an iced matcha latte, using about 4-5g for each cup

    - loveee the vibrant green colour

    - very easy to work with!

    - smooth, fragrant, and umami

    - very balanced and not bitter at all, think it will work well as an usucha but have yet to try!

    Uji Harmony Feedback

The Uji Harmony Matcha does not have any bitterness at all! It is not too grassy, astringent or bland, but it’s actually a perfect balance between the sharp flavour profiles that some matcha blends may have. It has a vibrant and yet kind of dark green colour in powder form. As a matcha tea, it becomes darker but as a matcha latte, it has a vibrant and intense shade despite having milk added.

I usually enjoy my matcha in latte form, but was also curious to know how it would taste like on its own. I tried it as a matcha tea as well as an iced matcha oat latte, and it’s safe to say that I’m sold! I used a teaspoon of matcha powder each and made it into a paste with some room temperature water before adding hot water and frothing using an electric whisk. I didn’t bother sifting the matcha beforehand but it doesn’t seem to be a problem as the clumps are easily broken up with the electric whisk. 30 seconds was all it took to achieve a good microfoam! It was beautiful to see the distinct layers with so little effort.

As a matcha tea, there is definitely a stronger vegetal taste but without any bitterness. Its flavour profile becomes more distinct and sharp, but not too strong and overpowering. For the matcha latte, I used oatside oat milk as I feel that matcha and oat milk goes very well together. Indeed, I prefer the latte version more as the oat milk brings out the nuttiness of the matcha but it also does not cover the earthiness of it. I find it more palatable and smooth as…

    Sweet and Smooth Matcha

I tried Uji Harmony Matcha for my matcha latte, using oat milk. The result is a very smooth and silky drink, with little astringency for the matcha. It has a sweetness even without adding sugar and was very pleasant. It's also clear the difference in quality between the regular matcha powders (which are good) but it's nice to try this premium version.

    Earthy, Smooth, Rich

It has a earthier taste than other matcha - hence would say it’s more suitable for seasoned matcha drinkers as it may not be the most palatable. Instantly I can taste that it’s smoother than barista blend that I always purchase. I prepared it iced matcha latter style - found that it taste better with full-bodied milk, rather than oat milk (i have a perference for sweeter matcha). It is easy to whisk & prepare, just like the other blends.
