Usucha

  • 2g (1 teaspoon) matcha
  • 80g water at 70°C - 75°C
  1. First, sift the matcha into a bowl.
  2. Then add water and whisk until frothy. 
  3. If taste is too strong, add warm water in 20ml increments to get it to your liking.

Iced Americano

  • 2 g (1 teaspoon) matcha
  • 150 ml water at 70 °C - 75°C
  • Ice cubes

  1. Sift the matcha into a bowl.
  2. Add 50 ml of water and whisk until frothy.
  3. Fill a glass with 100 ml of water and ice cubes.
  4. Pour the matcha shot over the ice and stir gently.
  5. Enjoy your refreshing iced matcha!

Iced Matcha Latte

  • 4g (2 teaspoons) matcha
  • 40g water at 70°C - 75°C
  • 120g oat milk
  • 1-2 drops of simple syrup (adjust to taste)

  1. First, sift the matcha into a cup/bowl.
  2. Then, add water and whisk well.
  3. Pour into glass of milk.
  4. Add sweetener if desired.
  5. If the taste is too strong, add milk in 20ml increments to get it to your liking.
