Why we made this
The prongs on this whisk serve to break up the clumps of matcha. Make matcha tea like usucha and koicha just like how it is served to you in Japan. The Japanese have perfected the design of the bamboo whisk over centuries, and its engineered to provide an optimum amount of agitation to whip up matcha into a delicious, frothy beverage.
